An Aeropress is better than a French press as it has a shorter brewing time. The difference between Aeropress coffee and French press coffee is that Aeropress coffee tastes more mellow than French press coffee, which has a stronger, more aromatic flavour. The Aeropress is also easier to clean. Whether an Aeropress is better than French press is determined by your coffee preferences.

The Aeropress makes good espresso but it’s not a true espresso. Aeropress espresso is a great way to get good espresso coffee at home. The difference is that it is not as concentrated as real espresso and you will not get a fine crema. Brewed right, the Aeropress espresso comes close to good espresso.
