- Mix equal parts water and white vinegar.
- Fill your kettle 1/2 to 3/4 full.
- Plug the kettle in and bring to the boil.
- Unplug or turn off, and leave to sit for 15-20 mins.
- Empty the vinegar mixture and rinse thoroughly.

- Leave to sit for around 10 mins, or as long as the descaler packet suggests.
