This has been a great kettle for both pourover coffee and my favourite teas. The temperature setting accommodates a wide range of purposes, and its stylish to boot! Recommended.

I didn't use it, don't have a way of filtering it. Going to keep it as an ornament. Cheers.

The machine itself is great, love the fact that I can set it up before bed and there is a freshly brewed coffee waiting for me when I get up. The flexibility of the two different basket sizes for single cups all the way up to multiple cups is great. And as a Fellow product - looks super stylish and compact on the kitchen bench.

Fantastic cups - I was given one for attending a corporate event by a sponsor. After using it at home in the office we knew we needed more. We purchased 4 of the ceramic lined steel cups without handles. They keep the beverage hot for a long time. 2 for the office and 2 in the camping box. The outside of the cup doesn't burn your hands when holding - the lid keeps the contents hot and the drink slot is comfortable to drink from. No more cold cups of tea going down the sink. We really love them.

Just arrived here to me today in Auckland, easy to set up and dial in done and dusted within ten minutes and looks great on the counter. Brewing on the diminutive Picopresso for now while I decide on a machine for home and just had an absolutely stellar cortado (Nanofoamer Pro Gen 2), easily better than the majority of espresso-based drinks I have got at cafes in the several years since my last machine gave up the ghost. Alternative Brewing were great to deal with, many thanks from a happy caffiend!

I am so pleased with the bellman steamer, very easy to use and makes excellent froth milk. The video clips on how to use the bellman steamer are also very helpful.

These are my first coffee pocket scales, so I don’t have anything else to compare them to—but they’re everything I could ask for. Compact, accurate, and super convenient. Having the timer right next to the scales makes brewing so much easier. A really handy tool for dialing in coffee at home.

This portafilter stand is fantastic! It’s compact and fits perfectly in our small kitchen without taking up extra space. It holds the portafilter securely, making it so much easier to use my WDT tool and tamp while everything stays in position. Great little accessory that makes the workflow smoother and more enjoyable.

We bought this as coffee addicts for a recent camping trip. The pressure valve works so well to indicate when to extract the coffee and with a decent amount of residual both pressure steam in the chamber to create luscious silky milk. I definitely would follow the advice to boil the kettle (or billy) to fill the chamber with hot water because it takes quite a long if you are working from cold.

This grinder has been a welcome addition to my morning routine. The grinder is heavy and made of high quality materials with satisfying controls. My only gripe is that the anti static features seem to be less effective than on day 1. It’s important to use the included brush to keep the mechanism clean and free from coffee grinds that tend to collect on the mechanism. Overall, the grinder is highly recommended in the 1000 dollar or under category.

This steamer is exactly what we were looking for. It replicates the steam made with a cafe machine. Not the fake froth other options make without the power of steam through the milk. It takes a bit of practice, but videos and instructions are a great help. Very happy with it.

No regrets. We were so unsure when we looking at kettles and didn’t know if the flow rate would be good for fast and slow. But the main use was for pour over, but as a secondary tea kettle. It works absolutely brilliant for pour over. Heats quickly and very quietly. The holding heat feature was something I didn’t know I would use so much and setting the temp…. I was like “when would I ever use a lower temp”. Cooking. Making deserts and plenty of things. And on top of all the great functions and ease of use, it’s super comfortable and looks like a beautiful piece of decor. 5 stars and highly recommend! Looks great, feels great works great!

The Varia Aura gooseneck kettle is another high quality product I received in a very short time from you. It heats fast, feels good to pour and it is well designed. Not finding any downside I start nitpicking. For the memory of the temperature setting the power to the base has to be left on. Then again who wants to be bothered with backup batteries. I highly recommend it.

Super happy with my purchase of the Hario Alpha Electri Kettle. This is my first electric gooseneck kettle, and I'm very satisfied with the features, build and ease of use of this kettle. I've recently moved from an E61 to manual lever espresso as well as starting to dabble in pour-over filter brewing methods. This kettle has been great for both applications. The team at Alternative Brewing were great and got the item to me promptly and without any issues.

Using the clean machine cloths is fabulous. They are better than micro fi re cloths and look great with a coffee machine. Can be washed a gazillion times . We had 3 of them for years and only bought new ones now. Highly recommend! The product range at this website is brilliant - many renowned names to find. .
