The Varia Aura gooseneck kettle is another high quality product I received in a very short time from you. It heats fast, feels good to pour and it is well designed. Not finding any downside I start nitpicking. For the memory of the temperature setting the power to the base has to be left on. Then again who wants to be bothered with backup batteries. I highly recommend it.

Super happy with my purchase of the Hario Alpha Electri Kettle. This is my first electric gooseneck kettle, and I'm very satisfied with the features, build and ease of use of this kettle. I've recently moved from an E61 to manual lever espresso as well as starting to dabble in pour-over filter brewing methods. This kettle has been great for both applications. The team at Alternative Brewing were great and got the item to me promptly and without any issues.

Using the clean machine cloths is fabulous. They are better than micro fi re cloths and look great with a coffee machine. Can be washed a gazillion times . Excellent bag for your travel brews. I carry a hand grinder and picopress in here plus some additional accessories easily. The partitioning is great and quality of the bag is excellent and easy to clean.

The Sleeves are an excellent addon to the Picopress, protecting yourself a bit more from the heat especially if you are doing a few brews in a row.

These scales are spot on, down to .1g accuracy so you really can dial in your espresso or pour overs. Also with the latest firmware you can connect it to Beanconqueror which is great for really recording all your shots. Excellent scale.

The mat is perfect size for setting up your shots, easy to clean and keep clean. Not really much else to say about it, but it does exactly what its there for.

Really impressed with this kettle. I mainly use it for pour over and have found the temp control to be spot on and really allow me to fine tune my brews. On top of this the pour on the spout is really easy to do a slow pour and reduce the movement of the grounds.

As a domestic machine Rancilio Silvia Pro X is epic . Previously owned Silva 1 ,2 this is a big step up in performance , consistent pours and steam at will. Match's the Feama Duo professional machine is used to have.
