What does Freight Protection offer?
1 - Priority Customer Service – as soon as you contact our team to submit your Freight Protection claim, you will be placed into a priority queue to ensure your claim is processed as quickly as possible.
2 - Advanced Shipping – to minimise downtime without your product, once we have assessed your claim we will ship a replacement to you before we have received the damaged goods back.
Making a Freight Protection Claim
- To assess your claim, you will be required to provide photo and/or video evidence of the damaged product.
- All Freight Protections claims must be made within 3 business days of receiving your product.
- Freight Protection does not apply to damaged packaging and only applies to the product itself.

Fresh is Best
The Airscape Kilo is the largest in the range and perfect for storing a 1kg bag of beans. The inner seal removes the air as it is pushed down creating a vacuum that keeps your beans nice and fresh. They look great on my coffee shelf, I have one black and one white for each origin of bean. Definitely worth the investment, nobody likes a stale brew.

Great canisters
The Airscape Kilo 8″ Container is well sized to store 1kg of beans while.still having.plenty of room to fit the air sealer. Only had 2 weeks but seems.to keep beans sealed. The service.from AB in dispatching is fast and efficient only let down by the poor delivery service of Aramex
FAQ
If the coffee is stored in an Airscape Coffee container that is kept in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, it can stay fresh for several weeks.
Yes, ground coffee and other dry goods can be stored in an Airscape coffee canister.
You can (on top shelf) wash in the dishwasher, but we highly recommend hand-washing to prolong the life of your product. The inner lid should always be gently hand-washed and let out to air-dry.
The container can go in the freezer but coffee that is in an airscape with the air evacuated will be kept fresh. The problem with coffee in the freezer is that it sweats once it is removed from the freezer.
