What does Freight Protection offer?
1 - Priority Customer Service – as soon as you contact our team to submit your Freight Protection claim, you will be placed into a priority queue to ensure your claim is processed as quickly as possible.
2 - Advanced Shipping – to minimise downtime without your product, once we have assessed your claim we will ship a replacement to you before we have received the damaged goods back.
Making a Freight Protection Claim
- To assess your claim, you will be required to provide photo and/or video evidence of the damaged product.
- All Freight Protections claims must be made within 3 business days of receiving your product.
- Freight Protection does not apply to damaged packaging and only applies to the product itself.

Wow
Quick delivery of Artisan Barista Smart Electric Kettle, and do we love this kettle. Looks great. Heats up fast and very easy to control temperature and noooo plastic in the boiling bit. There is a silicon seal on the lid but it is not in the boiling water.

Perfect Upgrade For A Tea/Coffee Novice
A great temperature control kettle, heats up quickly, and the 'hold' function is very handy especially for someone like me who tends to get caught in the cycle of heating the kettle and forgetting about it. The colour choices are really aesthetic, the light pink compliments my growing tea/coffee nook (next up a coffee machine!). Good spout flow and comfortable handle. It does only have a 1L capacity which is smaller than average, but the fast heating time means it's not too bothersome to do batches if you need to. The only real fault was a few minor scratches to the finish that we saw after opening the box, most likely from manufacturing or handling - nothing too noticeable to warrant the hassle of a return but does dim the 'new' shine you look forward to. This kettle is fantastic. It has all the features I needed to level up my coffee and tea game. At this price it’s hard to beat.
FAQ
It's super easy! Simply choose your desired silicone plug and place it inside the kettle where the spout meets the kettle. Once you find your perfect flow rate simply leave in and your all set for every pour.
To activate the silent mode, simply lift kettle off the base and hold down the plus + and minus - buttons. This will turn the button sound off.
Using the smart "keep warm" technology you will no longer have to worry about your water going cold. Simply click the "HOLD" button and walk away! The AB Kettle will do all the work keeping it at the set temperature for the perfect pour.
With the power off at the smart plug, fill the kettle and set the physical kettle switch to on. The kettle will not boil because there is no power. As soon as there is power, the kettle should start boiling the water without you having to touch it.
