Grind Adjustment — Turn the hopper and with 40 settings you can quickly adjust from fine for espresso to coarse for French press. The grind range is from 200 to 1200 microns.
Grind Retention — To maximize freshness, the Virtuoso+ minimizes the ground coffee left in the grinder.
Digital Timer — The motor is controlled by a 40 second digital timer adjustable to the tenth of a second, that allows repeatable dosing.
Calibration — An innovative burr calibration system ensures that each grinder has the full range of grind. If necessary, the grinders can be user calibrated.
Speed Control — With unique speed control, the Virtuoso+ uses a combination of gear and electronic speed reduction to control the rotation of the burr to 500 RPM. This slow speed reduces heat, noise, and static generation in the grinder. It also ensures that the beans feed smoothly into the burrs.

International Shipping Terms and Conditions – Customs & Duty Charges
International orders may be subject to local charges. Any customs or import duties and associated fees are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Alternative Brewing cannot be held responsible for any additional charges on your order, nor can we accept a return of the order in this case. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for further information. If you refuse to pay these charges your parcel may be abandoned, and Alternative Brewing will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence. We cannot mark International orders as a gift in order to bypass or reduce any customs fees.

If you do not provide Alternative Brewing Authority to Leave for your delivery, you will have to be at your premises in order for the delivery to occur.

What does Freight Protection offer?
1 - Priority Customer Service – as soon as you contact our team to submit your Freight Protection claim, you will be placed into a priority queue to ensure your claim is processed as quickly as possible.
2 - Advanced Shipping – to minimise downtime without your product, once we have assessed your claim we will ship a replacement to you before we have received the damaged goods back.
Making a Freight Protection Claim
- To assess your claim, you will be required to provide photo and/or video evidence of the damaged product.
- All Freight Protections claims must be made within 3 business days of receiving your product.
- Freight Protection does not apply to damaged packaging and only applies to the product itself.

Solid construction, grinds well
This grinder feels well made. The grind consistency is good across a wide range of settings. It's a bit louder than I expected but not too bad. It was shipped quickly and arrived safely.

Fantastic grinder!!!
I recently upgraded my home brew equipment and, after watching many videos and looking at lot of reviews, this was the selected grinder. So far doing a fantastic job and with great accuracy. I did not find it to be very messy, but it does allow some ground coffee to spill around the equipment (but not to a level that would annoy me). Overall, great product and would definitely recommend it!!!
Baratza Virtuoso + Coffee Grinder
Should have bought it much sooner. I had been using a hand grinder with inside unmarked settings so it was a trial to change and remember. However, with the Virtuoso it is just a matter of rotating the cone for different grinds which I have been doing. The ground coffee is consistent of course. I have been grinding single servings using the pulse mode and it works extremely well especially as the last few beans tend to jump a bit. The grinder was picked up from the warehouse. This involved a couple of trips for me, one to check out the procedure and another to collect the grinder. In the process we dealt with a number of different people who were all pleasant and efficient. A very satisfying and enjoyable experience.
