If you refuse to pay these charges your parcel may be abandoned, and Alternative Brewing will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence. We cannot mark International orders as a gift in order to bypass or reduce any customs fees.

What does Freight Protection offer?
1 - Priority Customer Service – as soon as you contact our team to submit your Freight Protection claim, you will be placed into a priority queue to ensure your claim is processed as quickly as possible.
2 - Advanced Shipping – to minimise downtime without your product, once we have assessed your claim we will ship a replacement to you before we have received the damaged goods back.
Making a Freight Protection Claim
- To assess your claim, you will be required to provide photo and/or video evidence of the damaged product.
- All Freight Protections claims must be made within 3 business days of receiving your product.
- Freight Protection does not apply to damaged packaging and only applies to the product itself.

Bellezza Belona
Upgraded from a dual boiler Breville BES920 Steam power took some getting used to after the Breville, steams much quicker and easier to get consistancy, appears to be a quality built machine only 2 complaints and they are very minor, the stainless drip tray rattles on start up, though of putting a couple of silicone buttons on, but they may make it difficult to remove and I am used to it now, the other issue is there is no group head flush function, need to push a brew button that lets a couple of seconds pre-infusion water through, I usually do the 2 or 3 times to ensure the screen is clean. Overall very happy with the machine
Good Dual Boiler for the price.
Price Point to Feature Wise, you can't beat this machine. I've used this across multiple grinders (Barazta 270WI & now a Eureka Mignon), and the results are good. Incredibly fast start up time to thermal stability (less than 10 mins) and is incredibly well made/designed internally making maintenance easy (if you so choose). Only negatives is I find the fit of the E61 group head with aftermarket portafilters a bit snug, but other than that, can't fault it.
A beautiful machine with performance to match
The Bellezza Bellona is a great upgrade from our Breville dual boiler. The PID ensures consistent coffee shot after shot, and powerful steam on demand, something our old machine lacked. The control panel allows for easy configuration of pre infusion, shot timings, and temperature of each boiler which gives us the ultimate control, whilst still been easy to use with preset buttons for the morning rush. The colour options and replaceable handles makes this machine aesthetically pleasing, and matches our decor perfectly. This truly is a great, affordable dual boiler machine for those that want a much better result than the standard consumer machines.
The AB team are next level
I was lucky enough to be asked by my boss to purchase a coffee setup for the office. The team at AB made the process such an enjoyable experience - they were responsive, enthusiastic and helpful throughout. Their expertise shone through, and they even helped my find a reliable maintenance supplier in my state (to help me service my home machine). AB is my go-to for all coffee accessories and equipment and will be for a long time into the future!
A great little machine
A replacement for our old Expobar Office Control which had served us well. We considered it might be time to step up to the next rung and the Bellezza Bellona as recommended by Daniel seemed suit. The ease of use with push button controls was a priority enabling all the family to use it and we are finding it very much fulfills our requirements with good consistent results.
