To start off, the Bonavita One Touch Coffee Maker has a pre-infusion mode that imitates the blooming phase of pour over methods. In pre-infusion, the coffee grounds are wet just enough to facilitate degassing before the actual brewing, an important step in making tasty coffee. Making a Freight Protection Claim
- To assess your claim, you will be required to provide photo and/or video evidence of the damaged product.
- All Freight Protections claims must be made within 3 business days of receiving your product.

The best coffee I have had.
Excellent, easy to use and the same result each brew. Love the simplicity of this machine. Recommend the pre-infusion cycle. I use the grinder on the coarse setting and 72g of beans for the 8 cups. Coffee stays hot for a while in the carafe.

Brilliant Bonvita Coffee maker
I'm really impressed how easy and convenient it is to use. After using an espresso for so many years it's simple to make several cups at a time and keep it fresh and hot to share. The coffee tastes really soft well-brewed and flavoursome as well.

Superb
The Bonavita makes very, very good coffee and it does so consistently. I use 36 grams of coffee beans to 600ml of water and find that to be the sweet spot. If I brew less, I keep the same ratio, but I make the grind one step finer. Likewise, if I make a full brew, I grind one step coarser. Shopping at Alternative brewing has always been a breeze. I highly recommend them.

Exceeded expectations
Delivery round Xmas always problematic for anything, but arrived in good time. Very happy with communication about that and associated grinder. Visited my son in US who uses Bonavita Coffee Make and is a coffee tragic, so I bought this and very happy with the coffee it makes. Alternative Brewing a good choice to use to buy it at a good price.

Makes great coffee
Ordered this machine because of the smashing reviews everywhere online. It really makes a fantastic brew. Looks a bit retro but the coffee quality makes up for it. I switched on the "bloom" function and love it. The carafe keeps the coffee hot for about 3 or 4 hours. Delivery to Tassie took 1 week which was also good given it was the week before Christmas.

Hi,
The video shows an updated design, where the grounds holder slides into two rails under the shower head, keeping the carafe free to move in and out for pouring.
But the pictures show the older design where the grounds holder sits on the carafe itself.
I am interested in the newer design if possible for an office kitchen.
Are you able to confirm which model you have in stock?
