If you do not provide Alternative Brewing Authority to Leave for your delivery, you will have to be at your premises in order for the delivery to occur.

We strive to ensure that your delivery arrives safely to you, but we understand that sometimes accidents happen outside of our control.
By selecting Alternative Brewing's Freight Protection you will receive a priority customer support and priority replacement of your product if it arrives damaged. You will be able to add this option to your order in checkout.
What does Freight Protection offer?
1 - Priority Customer Service – as soon as you contact our team to submit your Freight Protection claim, you will be placed into a priority queue to ensure your claim is processed as quickly as possible.
2 - Advanced Shipping – to minimise downtime without your product, once we have assessed your claim we will ship a replacement to you before we have received the damaged goods back.
Making a Freight Protection Claim
- To assess your claim, you will be required to provide photo and/or video evidence of the damaged product.
- All Freight Protections claims must be made within 3 business days of receiving your product.
- Freight Protection does not apply to damaged packaging and only applies to the product itself.

Using new Rhino pocket dosing scale
Really enjoying my new pocket scale. The picture is making myself carefully measured (to the 0.1g) fresgly ground filter coffee. Buttons are firm and the max 1kg weight is more than enough for a two cup Hario (also pictured). Unfortunately I’m not good enough to photo and pour - from the ten mile drip kettle with the thermometer - at the same time.

Go-anywhere, inexpensive, no frills
I wanted a lightweight and portable scale for measuring the weight of coffee beans and for dosing. Didn't care about having a timer (which not a feature of this device) and I didn't want something with an internal rechargeable battery. I'm happy with this scale - it's inexpensive, easy to use and accurate to .1 grams. Uses AAA batteries, does what I need. Thumbs up from me!

What is the height of the scale? I want to use a scale to measure the amount of coffee coming from my espresso machine, but there is limited space between the bottom of the portafilter and the base.

Is the capacity 600 grams or 1kg? The video says 600g, but the specs say 1kg.
