Making a Freight Protection Claim
- To assess your claim, you will be required to provide photo and/or video evidence of the damaged product.
- All Freight Protections claims must be made within 3 business days of receiving your product.

Great Grinder
Aside from a cheap Kmart grinder, this is my first real coffee grinder. As such I'm no expert, but I'm really pleased with this things. It grinds my coffee nice and consistently, isn't too loud when it grinds and is reasonably low profile in my kitchen. Very pleased with it so far.

Great Performance and Looks Perfect with My Setup
I’m extremely pleased with the DF54. Coming from the built-in grinder on my previous Barista Express, the improvement in grind quality and consistency is immediately noticeable. The grinder itself feels sturdy and well-built, and the white finish pairs perfectly with my Sea Salt Breville Dual Boiler. Shipping was quick and the overall purchase process was seamless.

Next Level
Switched from a Breville grinder to the DF54 and we’re blown away. My partner and I use different beans (I drink decaf), so single dosing is perfect for us. It’s super consistent, quiet, and easy to dial in. Way better than the Breville, no going back!

Great budget grinder
I haven't used alternative grinders so can't comment too much on that, but as an entry level grinder it's getting good results compared to my local cafe. The only minus is the plastic dosing cup which tends to create some static so did buy an aftermarket metal one.

Hi, I currently have a Baratza 270wi brewing on a Breville Barista Express.
The Baratza was definitely an improvement in taste over the inbuilt grinder but I'm chasing the same flavour as my local Cafe (that closed) using the same beans they used (Beam Coffee).
Am I being naive to think a flat burr DF54 would achieve an even better result than the Baratza and be similar in taste to the big flat burr grinders that cafes use?
Happy to consider other grinders around this price point if you think they suit.

Hi, I understand that the DF54 doesn't have a fixed zero point. Is this the same for all flat burr grinders? Also, is there an attachment that you could provide to adjust to reflect the true zero point? Lastly, does the zero point always change if you unscrew the top part of the flat burr to clean? Thanks for your advice.
