Our double micro-filter is surrounded by a silicone lip that runs along the rim, so it fits snugly inside the container and creates a vacuum seal. When you press the plunger down, extraction stops immediately—so your brew is consistent from the first pour to the last.

International Shipping Terms and Conditions – Customs & Duty Charges

We cannot mark International orders as a gift in order to bypass or reduce any customs fees.

By ticking the Authority to Leave box at the checkout page on the website when placing an order, Alternative Brewing’s agent/delivery partner will leave your parcel at your unattended premises in accordance with your instructions.
By providing Authority to Leave you agree that the parcel is deemed to have been received when left at your premises.
Alternative Brewing, and its agents/delivery partners associated with the delivery of your parcel, do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage that may result from you providing Authority to Leave for your delivery. You agree to release Alternative Brewing from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, losses, costs and expenses, including financial and other consequential losses, made, suffered or incurred by you or any other person or entity as a result of your election to choose Authority to Leave for your delivery.
If you do not provide Alternative Brewing Authority to Leave for your delivery, you will have to be at your premises in order for the delivery to occur.
Freight Protection
We strive to ensure that your delivery arrives safely to you, but we understand that sometimes accidents happen outside of our control.
By selecting Alternative Brewing's Freight Protection you will receive a priority customer support and priority replacement of your product if it arrives damaged. You will be able to add this option to your order in checkout.
What does Freight Protection offer?
1 - Priority Customer Service – as soon as you contact our team to submit your Freight Protection claim, you will be placed into a priority queue to ensure your claim is processed as quickly as possible.
2 - Advanced Shipping – to minimise downtime without your product, once we have assessed your claim we will ship a replacement to you before we have received the damaged goods back.
Making a Freight Protection Claim
- To assess your claim, you will be required to provide photo and/or video evidence of the damaged product.
- All Freight Protections claims must be made within 3 business days of receiving your product.
- Freight Protection does not apply to damaged packaging and only applies to the product itself.

Espro P6 is a winner
The Espro P6 has undoubtedly elevated my coffee-drinking experience. As a passionate coffee enthusiast, I've tried various brewing methods, and now when I need to brew more than one cup for the morning the P6 is my go-to choice for a clean, rich, flavorful cup of coffee. The build quality of the Espro P6 is impressive and the insulated construction means my partner and I can enjoy several cups throughout the morning without it going cold.

Espro P6
I already own the Espro P7 in the smaller size and have been very happy with it. I decided to get the larger P6 for those times when I want coffee for more than 2 or 3 people. I am very happy with it! The coffee is good and it keeps it hot well if needed.

Lovely plunger
This plunger not only looks great, but also performs great. My only complaint is that the edge of the pot was dinted during shipping. I didn't bother contacting Alternative Brewing about it (as the damage is minor) but I'm sure that they would have made it right given the opportunity.

Nice smooth coffee
My normal AcroSteel plunger broke so I decided to try find one that would last. This one definitely feel more sturdy quality wise. It produces interesting coffee, one that is more smooth than my old plunger. But I took me a while to figure out the quantity of coffee to put in. I find that I had to put about 1.5x more coffee to get a good strength. I think it's because the filter is so fine that a good amount of coffee gets left being in the plunger, it's not able to flow through. Maybe I need a coarser grind? Though my grind is already coarse. So I find about a cup's worth of coffee being left behind in the plunger, so if I'm making a coffee I have to make it for two.
