What does Freight Protection offer?
1 - Priority Customer Service – as soon as you contact our team to submit your Freight Protection claim, you will be placed into a priority queue to ensure your claim is processed as quickly as possible.
2 - Advanced Shipping – to minimise downtime without your product, once we have assessed your claim we will ship a replacement to you before we have received the damaged goods back.
Making a Freight Protection Claim
- To assess your claim, you will be required to provide photo and/or video evidence of the damaged product.
- All Freight Protections claims must be made within 3 business days of receiving your product.
- Freight Protection does not apply to damaged packaging and only applies to the product itself.

Eureka Atom specialty 65
The grinder is awesome, very very quite. The grind itself is very consistent and even throughout. The feature of stopping and starting through the grind is great and the light is also good. Adjustment is very easy and does take a bit to get right but once there all good. Very happy with the grinder wish a had it sooner.

Transformative!!
I was apprehensive about forking out over a grand for a coffee grinder. I knew that a quality grinder like this produces a very uniform ground size, which in turn leads to a consistent extraction, hence better flavours. So is it true? OH YES!!! Everyone has noticed so much flavour coming through. Brilliant! The grinder is simple to use and is robust, and the 300g hopper is worth it.

An excellent grinder
Easy to use, very fast to dispense coffee with a great chute system and with no static or coffee grinds going everywhere. Very quiet. Only thing is the grind adjuster takes a bit to get used to. Overall an excellent grinder.

I am looking at a Grinder upgrade fromold ASCASSO CONICAL burr grinder and considering something for dommestic use, mostly milk based coffees but some filter / pour over. 5 to 10 coffees per day. Looking for something that will last, that is quiet and which can be upgraded to experiment with other burr sets. Must be easy to service with parts readily available.
I want to be able to dose through the grinder and avoid having to weigh my beans each time or the ground output.
Considering Eureka Atom 60 Coffee Grinder or EUREKA Atom 65. (Pro cons of bigger bur set? ) and or the Mazzer Mini Electronic (Model A) . Suggestions recommendations sought.
