Making a Freight Protection Claim
- To assess your claim, you will be required to provide photo and/or video evidence of the damaged product.
- All Freight Protections claims must be made within 3 business days of receiving your product.

So far, so good
A recent return to home espresso and bought the Eureka Mignon Manual on recommendation, to go with a new Gaggia Classic Evo Pro. So far so good. Very easy to use and the grind adjustment is really straightforward. Next step is a single dose hopper.

Immediate improvement in my coffee grinding
This is my first dedicated coffee grinder. I chose this model because of the price point, fine grind control and simple operation. No bells and whistles, just fill the hopper, select a grind and go. Using supermarket-bought beans I saw an immediate hike in output quality, and I was able to quickly learn how to dial in the optimal grind for a great coffee. When I moved on to local, freshwater beans the results were amazing. The machine is solid, surprisingly heavy and feels like it will last a long time. My only consideration for upgrading would be weight-based grinding or something to automate the process. But for now, I’m more than happy with value for money and effectiveness. By the way… super fast turnaround time on the order via Alternative Brewing. I’m definitely going to them for future purchases.

A good Quick Fix
The Eureka Mignon coffee grinder that I ordered from Alternative Brewing arrived very promptly and I have been very happy with the machine's performance. It replaced an old conical burr machine that was prone to clogging and most mornings had become a struggle to recover the grind. The Eureka machine provides a consistent grind with negligible retention.

Perfect!
Great service and fast delivery. The grinder works so well. You can adjust the fine/coarse very easily. It’s a solid unit and doesn’t feel cheaply put together. But it’s not massive so fits on the counter top so nicely!

Great Grinder
Fast and efficient delivery of my grinder. A great quality grinder, seems to be a very robust design, not just a cheap plastic number. Has been working really well, I like how easy it is to adjust the grind and also the great range it has. It's a great addition to my little home coffee corner.

This is a very consistent grinder that is easy to use. I added the blower to ensure minimal wastage of coffee.

Hello, I'm extremely confused choosing between Baratza Sette 270 and Eureka Mignon Manuale. In not very fussed with the noise and despite the decent hopper size, I'll be using the single dose technique to grind my coffee beans. Which grinder will better suit my needs. Thanks in advance.
