What does Freight Protection offer?
1 - Priority Customer Service – as soon as you contact our team to submit your Freight Protection claim, you will be placed into a priority queue to ensure your claim is processed as quickly as possible.
2 - Advanced Shipping – to minimise downtime without your product, once we have assessed your claim we will ship a replacement to you before we have received the damaged goods back.
Making a Freight Protection Claim
- To assess your claim, you will be required to provide photo and/or video evidence of the damaged product.
- All Freight Protections claims must be made within 3 business days of receiving your product.
- Freight Protection does not apply to damaged packaging and only applies to the product itself.

Awesome grinder
For the price point this sure packs a punch! Very quiet and 55mm burrs will last a very long time. Very impressed with grind consistency and minimal static.

Consistent grinds with some usability flaws
After much research and deliberation, I pulled the trigger on the Eureka Mignon Specialita. On initial unpacking, I was impressed with the weight of the machine which reassured me I had bought something built to last. Unfortunately the bean hopper is thin plastic so doesn’t match the quality of the unit itself. The display is crisp and clear but prove fiddly due to their touch design. Setting up the initial grind setting was time consuming, due to inexperience, ordinary instructions, and a dial that effectively free-spins—my major gripe, as I assumed it would have a min and max point but alas it does not. After much trial and error which led to hundreds of grams of wasted beans, I was able to dial it in. It dispenses perfectly ground coffee flawlessly at a reasonable noise level. Very happy, delivery could be improved
They did a great job dispatching the same day and customer support is excellent (thanks Jack) but the shipping provider was a bit behind the ball, said by text it was coming the next day yet tracking said end of week. Arrived the following Monday. I’m only an hour away and it took over a week to get to me, no big deal but i’d recommend a change of shipping provider. Especially with Amazon being so quick. Great grinder and great company would recommend!

Coffee tastes so much better
After years of using a rather simple grinder, I changed to this one, and I am extremely happy. Assembly and operation is very easy and precise. The team of brewing was very helpful to facilitate a replacement of one small part that had been broken on arrival. Replacement arrived in no time.

Such a step up from our Mahlkonig Vario grinder
It’s a beautiful item, well-made and a reassuring weight, and after a few minutes of calibration produced some of the best coffee we’ve ever had from our espresso machine.
FAQ
For performance, it's equipped with 55 mm flat hardened steel burrs and a 1350 RPM motor with an output of 1.4 - 1.8g/s for espresso and 1.9 - 2.5g/s for brew.

It's quiet, measuring in at about 73 dBA, so you won't ever need to stop a conversation to make your drinks.
Rotate the dial clockwise in the fine direction (towards smaller numbers) until you hear the burrs touch indicated by the chirping sound. Once you hear this, move the dial back slightly until the noise ceases.

I was wondering if you only sell in Australia, or do you sell in the USA as well?

I purchased from you a Specialita a while ago and have enjoyed every grind it has made. The other day, it stopped working due to being clogged. After cleaning and vacuuming the burrs and chute it is working perfectly again. Could you please advise roughly how often this should be done in home use of typically 2-3 grinds per day. Also a demonstration video would be great.
