We cannot mark International orders as a gift in order to bypass or reduce any customs fees.

1 - Priority Customer Service – as soon as you contact our team to submit your Freight Protection claim, you will be placed into a priority queue to ensure your claim is processed as quickly as possible.
2 - Advanced Shipping – to minimise downtime without your product, once we have assessed your claim we will ship a replacement to you before we have received the damaged goods back.
Making a Freight Protection Claim
- To assess your claim, you will be required to provide photo and/or video evidence of the damaged product.
- All Freight Protections claims must be made within 3 business days of receiving your product.
- Freight Protection does not apply to damaged packaging and only applies to the product itself.

Great grinder from a great seller
Easy to set up, works like a dream. Quiet and fast grinder. It has greatly improved the flavour even from my old beans. Shipping was fast. Customer support was one of the best i have ever had.
King of Home Grinders
An excellent grinder that works as good as it looks. A significant step up, as expected for the price. In the chase of diminishing returns, this feels like the Goldilocks spot. I have played with lots of other friends grinders and paying more won’t necessarily transfer to the cup/palate. Buy better beans if you have deep pockets, as there won’t be much beyond this at home. The flavour profile of the beans is opened up vs the smaller or conical burrs, and stepless lets you find the perfect spot. It’s not a cheap grinder, but after a month or ownership, it has been worth the stretch, even against the other Eureka models I considered and have used. Can use as single doser without any real issues. Pros: fast, reproducible and easy to adjust/ clean, the included mat contains the already small footprint and workflow. Espresso & Eureka Mignon XL - A match made in Heave.... ummm, Italy
In my experience, the Eureka Mignon XL is an excellent grinder. I use mine as a single dose grinder, Beans in and grinds out consistently varies by less than .08 of a gram, and reasonably often, by zero gm. I prefer a dark roast whereas my wife prefers a lighter roast. With the precision micro-adjustment of the Mignon XL, I can quickly dial in the grind between shots and get a perfect espresso every time. See the attached photograph as an example. (15gm grind in, 30gm espresso out) In my view, as a home grinder, the Eureka Mignon XL is without peer.

Great Product
Love this grinder, now I can make an amazing consistent espresso. Loved have the ability to play around with the button at the top of the grinder and setting the time to my preference. This gave me alot of control which ensures I get a great coffee every time. Thanks for your videos it made a huge difference in understanding how this machine works. Highly recommend any espresso lover to go the extra $$$ now so you don't end up with a grinder graveyard like I have.
