The magic of the Prismo is its pressure-actuated valve that generates additional pressure and shoots out the brewed shot in a way that forms a creamy mouthfeel and bold flavour. Also contributing to the full body and flavour is the stainless steel 70-micron etched filter. It’ll last you for years and can easily be detached for quick cleaning.
Basic Fellow Prismo Instructions:
- Grind 18g of coffee at a fine setting
- Add 45g of hot water over ten seconds, then stir rapidly for 20 seconds
- Insert the plunger and press down quickly to pull the shot
You can drink your espresso-style shot by itself, top with water to make an americano, top with steamed milk to make a cappuccino, or use it to create a variety of creative coffee cocktails.
When you’re not plunging, the no-drip seal keeps all the coffee where it’s supposed to be—inside the brewer. This means no more premature dripping mid-brew, which means you can brew AeroPress coffee via the regular method without sacrificing quality.
Please use caution when pressing down. Thin glassware may break if too much pressure is applied. When in doubt, use a ceramic or metal cup.

What does Freight Protection offer?
1 - Priority Customer Service – as soon as you contact our team to submit your Freight Protection claim, you will be placed into a priority queue to ensure your claim is processed as quickly as possible.
2 - Advanced Shipping – to minimise downtime without your product, once we have assessed your claim we will ship a replacement to you before we have received the damaged goods back.
Making a Freight Protection Claim
- To assess your claim, you will be required to provide photo and/or video evidence of the damaged product.
- All Freight Protections claims must be made within 3 business days of receiving your product.
- Freight Protection does not apply to damaged packaging and only applies to the product itself.

An Aeropress Essential.
I don't often get all the intricacies that a lot of coffee experts talk about. However, the Fellow Prismo made a real difference to the method and taste. Great product.

Best manual brewing coffee I’ve had.
This is a great addition to the AeroPress. We just recently lost power due to TC Kirrily and used the Fellow Prismo with our AeroPress. It made an exceptional coffee! We followed the instructional video by Josh on the website and it made what we think is as close to an espresso shot as you could possibly get from a manual brewer! Very happy indeed!

Fellow Prismo for AeroPress
I find this a hard product to review; not because it's a bad product, because it's not for me. This was my first alternate Aeropress filter purchase. It is easy to use and does produce a very different cup compared to a traditional Aeropress. But since exploring filters more; I've found that I'm more partial to paper and cloth filters, as such this doesn't get used as much. I think if you are interested in exploring how filters affect your brew, add well as the pressure valve, this is worthwhile.

Fellow Prismo for AeroPress
I do enjoy using this in the afternoons, it was a easy purchase and quick delivery. Just need to fine tune my equipment to make that perfect taste in the cup.
