What does Freight Protection offer?
1 - Priority Customer Service – as soon as you contact our team to submit your Freight Protection claim, you will be placed into a priority queue to ensure your claim is processed as quickly as possible.
2 - Advanced Shipping – to minimise downtime without your product, once we have assessed your claim we will ship a replacement to you before we have received the damaged goods back.
Making a Freight Protection Claim
- To assess your claim, you will be required to provide photo and/or video evidence of the damaged product.
- All Freight Protections claims must be made within 3 business days of receiving your product.
- Freight Protection does not apply to damaged packaging and only applies to the product itself.

Barista quality coffee in your home
We have had the Izzi Vivi pid coffee machine now for a few weeks. We have mastered the grinding and quantity of the coffee from our separate grinder with perfection. Tampering the ground coffee with the tamper thats included is easy. The machine heats up very quickly and you can see the temperature readout on the PID so you know when to start brewing your coffee. The machine has a vibrational pump so you can hear it working, not too noisy. The levers are easy to use, controlling on the left side the steam, which is instant and dry steam. Heats up milk in a flash. Coffee lever in the middle has 3 positions, off at the top, brewing your coffee in the middle. Barista Coffee at your finger tips
Just purchased this coffee machine. It's perfect in ever way for us. Heats up quickly, brew coffee with a great crema. Comes with 2 e61 brew unit, single and double shot and a blind insert for flushing the unit. Built in timer so you can see how long to pull your coffee. The steam wand heats up milk in a flash. The hot water tap brings hot water into your cup for a long black without spitting any where. my coffee now tastes like a barista made coffee. Absolutely love it!

Izzy Vivi PID
Great machine. Great looks, great price and so far awesome reliability. Haven’t had a bad coffee yet. Clearly not exclusively the coffee barista in this instance!
