What does Freight Protection offer?
1 - Priority Customer Service – as soon as you contact our team to submit your Freight Protection claim, you will be placed into a priority queue to ensure your claim is processed as quickly as possible.
2 - Advanced Shipping – to minimise downtime without your product, once we have assessed your claim we will ship a replacement to you before we have received the damaged goods back.
Making a Freight Protection Claim
- To assess your claim, you will be required to provide photo and/or video evidence of the damaged product.
- All Freight Protections claims must be made within 3 business days of receiving your product.
- Freight Protection does not apply to damaged packaging and only applies to the product itself.

wouldn't go back to other filters
best filter for the aeropress hands down. feels very premium, produces a very clear brew without many if any fines in your cup. be sure to flush it out after use and use an espresso cleaning powder periodically to maintain performance.

Really quality made filter
Compare with another well known brand I had(regular and fine), the Kohi Labs ultrla fine stands up for my expectations, super smooth brew. The material feels premium.

A must have product
If you have an AeroPress, then this is a MUST HAVE item. Forget paper. Forget the other regular screen filters. Just get this, and be happy. It's amazing.

Love the ease of use, have been using the Able disc for a while and this gives a cleaner brew.

Works perfectly
The filter is great. All the taste and no grinds in your cup. But watch your fingers on this, the edges are like razor blades. I cut my finger while washing it the first time.
