Making a Freight Protection Claim
- To assess your claim, you will be required to provide photo and/or video evidence of the damaged product.
- All Freight Protections claims must be made within 3 business days of receiving your product.

Heaps more and heaps better coffee!
Coffee flavour has increased exponentially and waste has decreased. Easy to dial in and now pouring *****-Melbourne-grade coffee!

Great Grinder - a couple of minor gripes
This is a great grinder. My workflow has improved considerably and dialing in coffees has never been faster. There are however a couple of minor issues to note: The grind setting dial does not "micro adjust" so once your close very very small changes are difficult to achieve; The hopper is quite large for my type of home use, an option to have the 250gm hopper preinstalled would be ideal; the removable tray is excellent, however, the magnets could be stronger to keep it in place, light knocks and bumps can dislodge it. All in all these are minor gripes and id certainly recommend this grinder.

Lovely Grinder with some minor gripes

All in all these are minor gripes and id certainly recommend this grinder. It also looks fantastic in white with the white silvia pro x.

I’ve had this grinder for a couple of months and works great for my small home espresso machine, V60 and cold drip, but finding it difficult to select right grind for the cafelat robot. Not getting the pressure up on robot unless I use 20gm coffee. Have you used this grinder with the robot and if so, what grind setting did you use please?
