We cannot mark International orders as a gift in order to bypass or reduce any customs fees.

What does Freight Protection offer?
1 - Priority Customer Service – as soon as you contact our team to submit your Freight Protection claim, you will be placed into a priority queue to ensure your claim is processed as quickly as possible.
2 - Advanced Shipping – to minimise downtime without your product, once we have assessed your claim we will ship a replacement to you before we have received the damaged goods back.
Making a Freight Protection Claim
- To assess your claim, you will be required to provide photo and/or video evidence of the damaged product.
- All Freight Protections claims must be made within 3 business days of receiving your product.
- Freight Protection does not apply to damaged packaging and only applies to the product itself.

A solid espresso maker!
Very simple to use and brews a tasty espresso! Love using freshly ground beans which adds to the experience. Definitely taking it with me when going camping and travelling. Packs so small and you only need hot water when using it. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a portable espresso maker.

Can I use the wacaco nanopresso NS adaptor and capsules in my wacaco minipresso GR?

Is the interior completely stainless lined or do you have a stainless model? I don’t like heated food products and contact with plastic.

Hi, I bought the minipresso to use when traveling and am really struggling to get the grind right in order to produce a full shot that is extracted well and tastes good. I either get too much water or barely any extraction. I am using my Breville standalone grinder that I bought with my Breville dual boiler. It has 60 grind settings from fine espresso(-29) to percolator (31-45) filter(46-54) to course for plunger(55-60). I grind at setting 10 (at the espresso end) for my Dual boiler which works perfectly for a 27sec 8.5bar double/45ml shot. but I just keep wasting coffee trying to get the grind right for the minipresso. Can you please provide some guidance before I give up on this product. I buy fresh beans weekly (Morganscoffee.com) so I am not using old or rubbish produce. Thanks, appreciate any help.
