2 - Advanced Shipping – to minimise downtime without your product, once we have assessed your claim we will ship a replacement to you before we have received the damaged goods back.
Making a Freight Protection Claim
- To assess your claim, you will be required to provide photo and/or video evidence of the damaged product.
- All Freight Protections claims must be made within 3 business days of receiving your product.

Great little grinder for travel
I bought this as we are on the road full time and it is compact and comes in a great box you can reuse. Retention wise it needs a good knock to remove retained grounds and it does spill a bit even with the high catch cup. Watch alternative brewings review as he is spot on about this grinder which does a great job and I am happy with it.

Excellent Little Grinder
Super easy to dial in once you’ve got your zero point marked. The white power cord looks a little out of place against the black version. Takes up so little bench space 👌�

Great product and service
Great product and fast delivery. Had a small intermittent issue with the power adapter and Jack took his own initiative to ask for a replacement from the manufacturer. That's an EXCELLENT 5 stars customer service.

Great Single Dose Grinder
PROS: - love the compact size as it suits my limited bench space. - despite its size, it does a great job at creating even grounds. - very low to zero retention. great for testing a lot of small doses of different beans when I was doing a coffee advent calendar. - very smooth workflow. I used it for filter coffee now for about a month and it suits the single doses that I make daily. Grinding finer takes a bit more time, but not very long. Not super silent, but not annoying loud. The sound level gives me a good idea when the grounds are done as you can hear it goes more quiet. - the all metal construction and matte black finish is very high quality. Very nice tactile feel. Haven't had scratches with the clicking on of magnetic parts. Love the magnetic attachments a lot. - i love the height...read more

Great compact grinder
Very impressed with this grinder overall. It has a great workflow and build quality. Operation is relatively silent, not incredibly fast but not annoyingly slow. I've had no trouble at all grinding espresso with lots of headroom to go finer. Retention is low, but a tap (or bellows) on the top is often needed to get the last 0.1-0.2g out of the grinder. Carry case was also a nice touch.

Great Compact Grinder
Love this little grinder almost as much as my Lagom P64 which I bought a couple of years ago. The compact size makes it ideal for storing when not in use which is what i wanted for use with my aeropress. Great grinding performance for the size and conical burrs. Alternative Brewing have excellent delivery and returns service.
