What does Freight Protection offer?
1 - Priority Customer Service – as soon as you contact our team to submit your Freight Protection claim, you will be placed into a priority queue to ensure your claim is processed as quickly as possible.
2 - Advanced Shipping – to minimise downtime without your product, once we have assessed your claim we will ship a replacement to you before we have received the damaged goods back.
Making a Freight Protection Claim
- To assess your claim, you will be required to provide photo and/or video evidence of the damaged product.
- All Freight Protections claims must be made within 3 business days of receiving your product.
- Freight Protection does not apply to damaged packaging and only applies to the product itself.

BEST portable coffee maker
I wasn't sure if the Outin Nano Espresso maker would deliver the coffee I was wanting. As soon as I tried it, it didn't disappoint, it made the best espresso coffee and so easy to use.

Amazing portable machine
I bought this as an anniversary gift for my wife, she absolutely loves it, takes it everywhere to the Uni, to work, it’s not only for camping, it will save you a lot of money! And the coffee is top quality I must say. 100% recommended, picked up a few hours after I placed the order online, super fast.

Terrible for pods, great for grounds
I have had fabulous customer service from Alternative Brewing but a patchy experience with the Outin Nano. I bought it for pods but it doesn’t properly puncture the front of the capsule so there’s almost no crema and the coffee is weak and watery. I’ve tried different capsule brands and brewing from hot and cold water and it’s still not great. I then tried it with freshly ground coffee and the results were so much better - good crema, rich flavour, quick and easy brewing process. So I wouldn’t recommend it for pods but for ground coffee it’s excellent.

Pressure with 20 Bar, works great on creating thick crema and it smells aromatic.
Nano cannot be used while it is charging. Please use your device when it is fully charged.
No, everything is automatic. All you need is to put the coffee grounds or coffee pods into the basket and screw it on, and pour some water in. The unit will take care of the rest.
The grounds need to be quite fine in order to extract a shot of espresso with rich crema. If the grounds are too coarse, the crema will be less.
