We cannot mark International orders as a gift in order to bypass or reduce any customs fees.

What does Freight Protection offer?
1 - Priority Customer Service – as soon as you contact our team to submit your Freight Protection claim, you will be placed into a priority queue to ensure your claim is processed as quickly as possible.
2 - Advanced Shipping – to minimise downtime without your product, once we have assessed your claim we will ship a replacement to you before we have received the damaged goods back.
Making a Freight Protection Claim
- To assess your claim, you will be required to provide photo and/or video evidence of the damaged product.
- All Freight Protections claims must be made within 3 business days of receiving your product.
- Freight Protection does not apply to damaged packaging and only applies to the product itself.

Practically perfect in every way.
I'm loving this grinder. It suits a busy household of coffee drinkers and it's very easy to use. It's so very quiet and sits so neatly on my kitchen bench. Now saving up for the Rancilio Silvia Pro+.

Compact and Quiet
Really great compact and quiet grinder with plenty of micro-adjustments in the espresso range to dial in. Changing settings can be a bit hard with touch screen. Aesthetically fits well with rancillio silva

Rancilio Stile grinder
The best grinder I have found. The crema on the coffee is perfect. It is so easy to use, fill and clean. And the grind!!!! Is absolutely perfect.

Rancilio grinder
What a gem this grinder is. Sooo much quieter than our 12 year old Rancilio which was so noisey you couldn’t hear yourself think!. Now this is so easy and quiet. A huge improvement. Teams up nicely alongside our Rancilio espresso machine
