We cannot mark International orders as a gift in order to bypass or reduce any customs fees.

What does Freight Protection offer?
1 - Priority Customer Service – as soon as you contact our team to submit your Freight Protection claim, you will be placed into a priority queue to ensure your claim is processed as quickly as possible.
2 - Advanced Shipping – to minimise downtime without your product, once we have assessed your claim we will ship a replacement to you before we have received the damaged goods back.
Making a Freight Protection Claim
- To assess your claim, you will be required to provide photo and/or video evidence of the damaged product.
- All Freight Protections claims must be made within 3 business days of receiving your product.
- Freight Protection does not apply to damaged packaging and only applies to the product itself.

Makes good coffee and easy enough to use
Simple enough to use, and works well with a basic grinder. Even worked well with some Vietnamese coffee I had lying around. Better than my mokamaster or aeropress, and not as much hassle as a 'proper' esprosso set-up. I do find pre-heating the chamber and portafilter key, which take some time but wokrs just fine once you get used to the process.

Finally found my ultimate brewing method
Initially I did some things backwards because I didn't pay attention to the instructions and I didn't pre-heat the device - now I do and it is effortless. And the good news, there was no steep learning curve involved to make great coffee so my next shot was surprisingly good and they continue to be. Unlike the original ROK, you don't need to worry about the speed or force you are using to bring the arms down. It has brilliant engineering built-in. And even clean up, can't be easier. I have used every brewing method over the years and now at 70, I have finally found the brewing method that gives me great coffee, consistently.

Smartshot = smart choice
Having never made Espresso before and always drinking black coffee this really appealed to me as a great way to start my journey with this style of brewing. Using it at least twice a day for the week I have had it and have brewed good to great espresso each and every time. Still learning about grind size, dose size etc but followed ROK's recommended way of use instructions has not failed me nor dissapointed. Looking forward to many years with it. Have also brewed with refrigeratored water over ice for a very delicious style of iced long black. Also love the way it's quiet to use for the 1am brews before work without waking the rest of the house. Solid and well built unit. No fidly parts to assemble etc and cleaning is incredibly simple. Thank you AB for making this available in Australia

Simple and tasty
This has become my goto coffee when at home. Super simple and quick to use and clean. Produces one of the best double shot espresso or long blacks I have had. Highly recommended. Delivery was spotless, outstanding service.

Responded promptly and generously when needed
AB have been an excellent vendor for me. When I had trouble with a piece of equipment I had bought, they promptly sent a replacement part; no questions asked. When I had further trouble with that same device that could not be so easily fixed, again they responded promptly and generously. They consulted the manufacturer who authorised a complete replacement. Very quickly that replacement arrived, and I haven't looked back since. Their attention to my concerns made me extremely likely to go to them again for future purchases. They know their stuff and they clearly stand by it.
