Alternative Brewing cannot be held responsible for any additional charges on your order, nor can we accept a return of the order in this case. If you refuse to pay these charges your parcel may be abandoned, and Alternative Brewing will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence. We cannot mark International orders as a gift in order to bypass or reduce any customs fees.

What does Freight Protection offer?
1 - Priority Customer Service – as soon as you contact our team to submit your Freight Protection claim, you will be placed into a priority queue to ensure your claim is processed as quickly as possible.
2 - Advanced Shipping – to minimise downtime without your product, once we have assessed your claim we will ship a replacement to you before we have received the damaged goods back.
Making a Freight Protection Claim
- To assess your claim, you will be required to provide photo and/or video evidence of the damaged product.
- All Freight Protections claims must be made within 3 business days of receiving your product.
- Freight Protection does not apply to damaged packaging and only applies to the product itself.

Great burrs for espresso
I added these red speed espresso burrs to my DF64 because I wanted a stronger, smoother chocolate flavour. They are doing a much better job than the titanium coated Italmil burrs, and my grind consistency is amazing after seasoning the burrs with 1kg of dark roast coffee. So glad I bought these SSP burrs!

Definitely improved grind range beyond stock fellow ode burr set. Comfortably handles grinding for filter now.

A good upgrade - initial view
The uniformity of the grinds is significantly better. The fitting was harder than described, calibrating not so simple and time will tell if they are a good investment.

Incredibly clear burrs
These SSP multipurpose burrs provide me with the most clear cups of coffee I've ever had. I've since tried other burrs from SSP but keep coming back to these because nothing else compares for clarity.

Was looking to buy Mizer burrs for my Lagom P64 but can't find them. Was wondering if Siver Knight - Cast Lab Sweet fit the Lagom P64 and have similar grind characteristics to Mizer burrs? I mostly drink medium roast espresso and currently have SSP Red Speed ESP burrs,

With the SSP burrs focused on the finer grinds with the Fellow ODE, would it still be suitable for coarse grinds for french press or cold brew at the higher grind settings? Thanks
