What does Freight Protection offer?
1 - Priority Customer Service – as soon as you contact our team to submit your Freight Protection claim, you will be placed into a priority queue to ensure your claim is processed as quickly as possible.
2 - Advanced Shipping – to minimise downtime without your product, once we have assessed your claim we will ship a replacement to you before we have received the damaged goods back.
Making a Freight Protection Claim
- To assess your claim, you will be required to provide photo and/or video evidence of the damaged product.
- All Freight Protections claims must be made within 3 business days of receiving your product.
- Freight Protection does not apply to damaged packaging and only applies to the product itself.
Pre Order Shipping
Orders that contain pre-order items will be placed on hold until all products are in stock and ready to ship together. This helps ensure your order arrives complete in a single delivery.
If you would like the in-stock items from your order shipped sooner, we can arrange a split shipment upon request. Please note that an additional delivery fee will apply for this service.

Powerful unit and much better than V1
I had the v1 of the NanoFoamer that I used twice daily for two years. I decided to get the new Nanofoamer Lithium because the V1 motor seemed a bit tired and worn out. The new version is so much more powerful and produces better foam. I've used it for over a week and it still indicates full charge.

Great service, great product
I was always sceptical that a foam wand like this could actually make suitable milk for flat whites, lattes etc, however this thing is the real deal. Unbelievable really -- a wonderful tool.

Excellent for the price
I have owned multiple other milk frothing wands, which have all failed in one capacity or another (stiff/near inoperable on switches, weak motor, rapid battery drain, etc). The OG subminimal frother has been excellent so far. Once this frother sees out its operational lifetime, I’ll be getting the lithium variant

It's definitely love
Took it camping for 4 days and numerous coffees and it didn't miss a beat. Made beautiful milk for my morning, mid morning and early Arvo coffees and it will now be a permanent staple in my camping/adventure kit.

Nano Foamer
Very happy. Nicely packaged and presented and to have access to a bonus master class was a nice touch. It froths milk quickly and quietly and I was able to texture milk perfectly for latte art. USB rechargeable is the only way to go. Highly recommend.
