We cannot mark International orders as a gift in order to bypass or reduce any customs fees.

Freight Protection
We strive to ensure that your delivery arrives safely to you, but we understand that sometimes accidents happen outside of our control.
By selecting Alternative Brewing's Freight Protection you will receive a priority customer support and priority replacement of your product if it arrives damaged. You will be able to add this option to your order in checkout.
What does Freight Protection offer?
1 - Priority Customer Service – as soon as you contact our team to submit your Freight Protection claim, you will be placed into a priority queue to ensure your claim is processed as quickly as possible.
2 - Advanced Shipping – to minimise downtime without your product, once we have assessed your claim we will ship a replacement to you before we have received the damaged goods back.
Making a Freight Protection Claim
- To assess your claim, you will be required to provide photo and/or video evidence of the damaged product.
- All Freight Protections claims must be made within 3 business days of receiving your product.
- Freight Protection does not apply to damaged packaging and only applies to the product itself.
Pre Order Shipping
Orders that contain pre-order items will be placed on hold until all products are in stock and ready to ship together. This helps ensure your order arrives complete in a single delivery.
If you would like the in-stock items from your order shipped sooner, we can arrange a split shipment upon request. Please note that an additional delivery fee will apply for this service.

Milk frother
In the beginning I had some issues, I have tried the blue and green impeller but it turned out the milk isn’t foaming and silky. Probably because of the milk I’m using. After trying the black one it’s all good. I love the texture and temp especially in this winter weather🤍

Superb auto-foamer!
The best auto-foamer I've yet used. Really really well designed, basically no mechanical parts, everything's magnetic including the silicon covered inserts designed for different types of milk. Excellent device.

Working perfectly when I make latte with my Flair58, Outin Nano and Wacaco Minipresso GR2. This machine does the job perfectly for my oat milk effortlessly. Highly recommend. :)

Nano Foamer
Very good . Using oak milk, following instructions how to get a good cup of coffee allowed me to play around with the settings to arrive at decent flat white. Not into cappuccino so have not tried that. Easy to clean and look after.
