The Pipamoka brewing method is unlike any other, with innovative construction and a patented twisting mechanism, it produces a vacuum pressure inside the mug. The coffee is extracted by drawing fresh hot water downwards through the basket of coffee grounds under this pressure. Coffee making in this way extracts smooth, balanced flavours and aroma in no time at all, with very little clean up at the end.
The Pipamoka brewing process helps you avoid poor extractions and complicated pouring techniques because there is little room for error. The results are a quick and efficient extraction for a delicious coffee.

If you refuse to pay these charges your parcel may be abandoned, and Alternative Brewing will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence. We cannot mark International orders as a gift in order to bypass or reduce any customs fees.

By ticking the Authority to Leave box at the checkout page on the website when placing an order, Alternative Brewing’s agent/delivery partner will leave your parcel at your unattended premises in accordance with your instructions.
By providing Authority to Leave you agree that the parcel is deemed to have been received when left at your premises.

What does Freight Protection offer?
1 - Priority Customer Service – as soon as you contact our team to submit your Freight Protection claim, you will be placed into a priority queue to ensure your claim is processed as quickly as possible.
2 - Advanced Shipping – to minimise downtime without your product, once we have assessed your claim we will ship a replacement to you before we have received the damaged goods back.
Making a Freight Protection Claim
- To assess your claim, you will be required to provide photo and/or video evidence of the damaged product.
- All Freight Protections claims must be made within 3 business days of receiving your product.
- Freight Protection does not apply to damaged packaging and only applies to the product itself.

Very handy for camping or the office
This thing is great for the office and on the go. It's so handy to be able to make a coffee, screw on the lid and go. I will say it doesn't really keep it as hot as I expected but for convenience this can't be beat.

Would recommend!
Have had my unit for 2 months now and use it daily. I have a hario v60, and aeropress go - both make a superior brew in terms of clarity (on paper filters though) this pippamoka is a bit muddled. I think its also far easier to make a good cup with the aeropress (For this reason I purchased an aeropress for my cousin who is just getting into coffee). For home brewing this isn't my go to. On the plus side its super convenient and makes very good coffee. Everything packs away nicely I found on the aeropress you have all these little knick knacks after the brew. You can store your preground coffee in the puck. The puck is nice and easy to clean because the vacuum removes most of the water. My husband loved it! So I’m buying one for myself!
I bought this for my husband’s birthday. Few days later, I asked him if he was happy with this product? He said that’s why he was using it everyday.lol. I bought few other presents for him but this was the most loved one so far.

This one was the second pipamoka wacaco that in fact I bought as a present for friends and that's because of how amazing this product is! I own one that I bought more than 3 years ago, still works and I love it!

What about spare parts? A colleague at work has just realised a seal has a small break/hole affecting performance (and leaking) so might be worth getting a spare if I purchase.
