Seen it Lower?

We work hard to offer the best prices Australia wide across our range of coffee brewing gear. Occasionally we miss a competitor’s lower price so we appreciate the heads up to be able to match their price!

But we’ve got some conditions:

• The competitor needs to be an Australian retailers website, with AUD currency and shipping from within Australia.
• The competitor must be an authorised retailer of the brand.
• The product must be identical, in stock and brand new in box.
• The delivery charge will be included in the total price being matched.

There are also some exclusions from price matching:

• Cashback or discount coupon offers.
• Commercial quantity pricing.
• Stock liquidation sales.
• Past orders that have already been processed.
• eBay, Catch of the Day, and other auction site pricing are not eligible.

In rare instances we may genuinely be unable to price match a competitor’s pricing. Where this occurs, we will offer you the best possible price we can.
