Product highlights
- The ECM Technika VI Coffee Machine is a dual boiler domestic espresso machine with separate 0.5L brew and 1L steam boilers, giving independent control over espresso and milk. Dual PID control on both boilers, a quiet rotary pump and active and passive pre-infusion modes deliver stable temperature and adjustable extraction from an 11 minute heat-up. A 3L water tank, programmable on and off times, ECO mode and cleaning and filter reminders support daily use, with plumb-in capability via the supplied metal hose..
The ECM Technika VI Coffee Machine combines independent dual boiler temperature control, rotary pump stability and precisely adjustable pre-infusion in a home espresso machine built for everyday use. Where the previous Technika ran a heat exchanger, the VI moves to two separately PID-controlled stainless steel boilers, allowing brew temperature and steam pressure to be controlled independently.
Two Boilers, Two Temperatures
The Technika VI runs a 0.5L coffee boiler and a 1L steam boiler, each under its own PID and both heating simultaneously. Brew temperature holds independently from the steam boiler, so steaming milk doesn't interfere with your brew temperature setting. The display reads in Celsius or Fahrenheit and carries an offset adjustment, letting you align the reading with what the group actually delivers.
Dialling In Your Shot
Pre-infusion time is adjustable across both active and passive modes, giving you control over how gently the coffee bed is saturated before full brewing pressure takes over. The rotary pump holds pressure steady through the rest of it and runs quietly enough for a 5am shot without waking the house. Pump pressure and boiler pressure each get their own gauge, keeping both readable at a glance.
Ready When You Are
Fast Heat-Up brings the machine to brewing temperature in eleven minutes and two programmable on/off times a day mean it can be hot before you reach the kitchen. ECO mode drops power when the machine sits idle. The CLn and FL reminders flag when the group needs cleaning and when the water filter is due and the 3L tank runs from the reservoir or plumbs straight into mains.
ECM Technika VI Coffee Machine
Dual Stainless Steel Boilers – A 0.5L coffee boiler and 1L steam boiler run independently, keeping brewing and steaming from competing for temperature.
Independent PID Control – Set brew temperature and steam boiler temperature separately to suit your coffee and workflow.
Adjustable Pre-Infusion – Active and passive modes with adjustable timing let you soften the start of an extraction on coffees that need it.
Rotary Pump – Steady pressure through the shot, and quiet enough to use early without disturbing the house.
11 Minute Heat-Up – Fast Heat-Up mode brings the machine to brewing temperature without a long wait from cold.
Programmable On/Off Times – Two settings a day have the machine hot before you reach it and off again after.
Cleaning and Filter Reminders – The machine tracks its own service intervals rather than leaving it to memory.
Tank or Plumbed Operation – Runs from the 3L reservoir or connects to mains with the supplied metal hose.
