What does Freight Protection offer?
1 - Priority Customer Service – as soon as you contact our team to submit your Freight Protection claim, you will be placed into a priority queue to ensure your claim is processed as quickly as possible.
2 - Advanced Shipping – to minimise downtime without your product, once we have assessed your claim we will ship a replacement to you before we have received the damaged goods back.
Making a Freight Protection Claim
- To assess your claim, you will be required to provide photo and/or video evidence of the damaged product.
- All Freight Protections claims must be made within 3 business days of receiving your product.
- Freight Protection does not apply to damaged packaging and only applies to the product itself.

E Amos Coffee Canister. It works!
You charge it up, you put your beans in, press the go button the vacuum pump does its thing then nothing! For days nothing. Is it working? Then when you least expect it “brrrt” the pump does its thing. Yes you beauty and yes my beans still smell fresh and coffee smells and tastes great after 14 days and more in the can. Love it (I have 2 of them)

Atmos Glass Auto Vacuum Canister
I purchased the smaller .7L glass size as I thought I would only keep the day to day amount of coffee in this canister and being glass it allows me to see the quantity remaining. It has worked perfectly - a push of the top button releases the vacuum and the after removing the coffee required another push of the button starts the vacuum process. Once the required vacuum is achieved the canister maintains this by constant monitoring and if required starts the pump and stops again after lowering the pressure. Changing is via a USB C. The quality is excellent.

I like this little sucker
Look, I realise it's a bit ridiculous - a battery powered jar, ffs! And it's a luxury item. But it adds just a little extra pleasure to my morning espresso when I press the button and hear it ******* my beans. It's good. It holds my coffee for me. It keeps the beans at least as fresh as squeezing out the air and resealing the bag, but it's easier to do than that and sometimes I fail to zip lock for some reason. This is neater, and it's easier to dispense coffee from than a bag. User experience: Doesn't need recharging very often. My only complaint is that the light to tell you if it needs recharging is small and either orange or green, which isn't great for colour-vision deficient people.
