Product highlights
- Handmade in Italy with stainless steel bodies, copper boilers and E61 group heads for thermal stability and durability.
- Three models available: EVO (heat exchanger), EVO PID (heat exchanger with digital temperature control) and Specialty (dual boiler with BPPC pressure profiling).
- Features include 2.9L water reservoir, dual manometers, pre-infusion, anti-burn steam/hot water wands, and PID or rotary pump options depending on model.
The La Pavoni Botticelli range brings Italian design and engineering together in a family of machines tailored for home espresso enthusiasts. Built in Italy with polished stainless steel, copper boilers and the traditional E61 group head, each Botticelli model offers a balance of craftsmanship, thermal stability and hands-on control, with key differences to suit your style of brewing.
The Botticelli EVO is a heat exchanger machine with a 1.8L insulated copper boiler, 2.9L water reservoir and vibration pump. Dual manometers let you monitor both boiler and brew pressure, while anti-burn steam and hot water wands make daily use safer. This variant captures the simplicity of a traditional heat exchanger system with dependable performance for everyday espresso.
The Botticelli EVO PID adds digital temperature control, giving you the ability to fine-tune brew temperatures for different beans and roast levels. It keeps the same 1.8L copper boiler, dual manometers and E61 group head, but adds more stability and accuracy in brewing. For those who want greater consistency and control without moving to a dual boiler, the EVO PID is the natural step up.
At the top of the range, the Botticelli Specialty introduces a dual-boiler system with a 0.6L brew boiler and 1.8L steam boiler, each managed by independent PID controllers. It also adds Brewing Pressure Profiling Control (BPPC), allowing you to adjust pump pressure during extraction. With a rotary pump, optional plumb-in connection and advanced controls, the Specialty delivers maximum flexibility and precision for serious home baristas.
