Product highlights
- The Lelit Bianca 40th Anniversary Coffee Machine is a dual boiler espresso machine produced in a single run of 1986 units, each individually numbered and micro-punched into the steel.
- An illustration commissioned from an Italian artist traces the polished AISI 304 stainless steel body, with open-grained zebrano wood on the paddle, knobs, lever, feet and portafilters.
- Every Bianca mechanism carries over intact, including paddle flow control on the L58E group, dual PID boilers, a silent rotary pump and the high-resolution OLED LCC.
Forty years of Lelit, marked with a single run of 1986 machines. The Lelit Bianca 40th Anniversary - Limited Edition Coffee Machine takes the dual boiler espresso machine that made Lelit's name among home baristas and finishes it in polished AISI 304 stainless steel, with zebrano wood detailing and an exclusive illustration commissioned from an Italian artist. Each machine is individually numbered and once the last of the 1986 ships the edition is closed for good.
Numbered 0001 to 1986
Lelit built its first machines in 1986 and the anniversary run stops at that same number. The illustration wrapping the body draws on movement and action, with flowing forms tracing the steel like a dance, rising from a hand holding a coffee bean. Beneath it sits the serial number, 0001 to 1986, micro-punched directly into the steel, so the machine you receive is identified within the run rather than simply one of a batch.
Pulling a Shot With Bianca 40th Anniversary
Flow control runs off the paddle above the L58E group and moving it mid-extraction shifts the water rate while the group manometer reads pressure back to you, so a shot can be tapered by feel rather than committed to a preset. Where a shot works, the Lelit Control Center will hold that shape for you, storing a low-flow window at the start of the extraction, the end, or both. Dual PID keeps the brew and steam boilers at independent set temperatures throughout.
Everyday Use
Milk is textured through a multidirectional anti-burn wand with its own power control, so you can dial steam back for a single flat white or open it up for a jug, with an independent hot water wand alongside for tea and long blacks. When there's no milk in the session the steam boiler switches off on its own, leaving the coffee boiler holding temperature. The 2.5L tank sits on any of three sides to suit the bench and the rotary pump gives the Bianca the stability to run plumbed in with the discharge piped straight out.
