Product highlights
- The Lelit Bianca & Varia VS4 Bundle pairs a dual boiler espresso machine featuring manual paddle flow control with a single-dose electric grinder for hands-on control of every shot. Lelit's L58E group, PID-controlled brew and steam boilers and electronic low flow mode combine with the VS4's variable 150–300 RPM burr speed and stepless 10-micron adjustment. Designed for daily use, it includes a moveable tank with plumb-in option, Reserve mode, an anti-burn steam wand with interchangeable nozzles and the VS4's tool-free modular burr chamber..
For anyone who wants to shape each shot by hand, the Lelit Bianca & Varia VS4 Bundle brings together a dual boiler espresso machine with paddle flow control and a single-dose electric grinder built for fine adjustment. It is a setup for exploring how the same coffee responds to changes in flow, temperature, grind and burr speed, with independent steam power ready for milk drinks alongside it.
The Lelit Bianca V3 pairs separate PID-controlled brew and steam boilers with Lelit's L58E group and manual paddle flow control. Turn the paddle during extraction to change water flow while monitoring pressure directly at the group, or program Low Flow electronically at the beginning or end of the shot. The 2.5L tank can sit on either side or behind the machine, Reserve Mode allows an extraction to finish if the tank runs dry and the rotary pump also supports direct plumbing.
The Varia VS4 Coffee Grinder gives you another two variables to work with before the shot reaches the Bianca. Stepless 10-micron adjustment moves its 53mm 6-core Supernova conical burrs through precise grind changes, while variable 150–300 RPM lets you adjust burr speed independently. The 76.5° grinding angle and integrated bellows help minimise retained coffee between doses, with a modular chamber that provides tool-free access to the burrs when it is time to clean.
Lelit Bianca & Varia VS4 Bundle Features
Paddle Flow Control - Change water flow manually throughout extraction while monitoring pressure directly at the L58E group.
Dual Boiler System - Separate 800ml brew and 1.5L steam boilers allow simultaneous espresso brewing and milk steaming.
Programmable Low Flow - Set reduced water flow electronically at the beginning or end of extraction, or combine both within the same shot.
Variable 150–300 RPM - Adjust the VS4's burr speed independently of grind size to add another variable when working with different coffees.
Stepless 10-Micron Adjustment - Make precise grind changes across the VS4's 53mm 6-core Supernova conical burrs when dialling in espresso.
Reserve Mode - Automatically activates when the water tank runs empty, providing enough water to complete the extraction already underway.
Flexible Water Supply - Position the 2.5L reservoir on either side or behind the Bianca, or connect the machine directly to mains water and drainage.
Anti-Burn Steam Wand - A multidirectional cool-touch steam wand with interchangeable two-hole and four-hole nozzles for milk texturing.
