Created for making cafe-quality coffees at home, the Profitec Pro 500 is packed with features to help home baristas of any level take control of their espresso process. This heat exchanger coffee machine features a classic E61 grouphead, PID temperature control, and powerful 1.4 bar steaming for faster milk preparation.

Cafe performance

The Profitec Pro 500 is a heat exchanger coffee machine for the home that delivers commercial-level performance. It has PID temperature control to help you achieve the optimal brewing temperature for your espressos and ramp up its steaming prowess. To keep an eye on how everything is running, there are pressure gauges for the boiler and extraction pressures.

Quick steam Thanks to the massive boiler and PID, the Profitec Pro 500 reaches a 1.4 bar pressure for steaming. That’s more than most coffee machines in its class. And instead of rotary knobs, the hot water and steam valves are operated with snappy joysticks that activate when moved in any direction, making long coffee and milk preparations easy and quick.

Premium construction

Surrounded by stainless steel panels on all sides, this is one well-made machine. Its mirror-like finish lends to its pro look, making you feel like you are pulling shots in your cafe. The gauges are large and easy to read, and the switches and buttons give a satisfying feel when used.

What else is there to love about the Profitec Pro 500? A large 2.8L water tank for fewer refills (which is also top-loading by the way for easy access), a wider cup warmer, a removable cup tray, and space for storing your blind filter under the machine.
