1 - Priority Customer Service – as soon as you contact our team to submit your Freight Protection claim, you will be placed into a priority queue to ensure your claim is processed as quickly as possible.
2 - Advanced Shipping – to minimise downtime without your product, once we have assessed your claim we will ship a replacement to you before we have received the damaged goods back.
Making a Freight Protection Claim
- To assess your claim, you will be required to provide photo and/or video evidence of the damaged product.
- All Freight Protections claims must be made within 3 business days of receiving your product.
- Freight Protection does not apply to damaged packaging and only applies to the product itself.

Excellent upgrade
I purchased the Nanopresso as an upgrade from my previous manual coffee makers and have really enjoyed the improvement in coffee quality. Adding the Barista kit to allow for double shots and a larger water tank makes it a perfect combo. As a teacher travelling between schools, I can always be assured of a great coffee wher lever I am.

Nanopresso - arctic blue
It took about 5 whirls to get the technique right but even from the first go I got a good extraction. Have had it around 2 weeks and have used it everyday. I really like how there are no batteries or pods involved, it’s a very well made device and I hope that it serves me for years to come.

Best camping gear you should have
Best coffee maker for outdoor. The simply hand bumping system create enough pressure to brew the coffee with nice crema, all you need in a cup of coffee, can't ask for more.
