The Bialetti Brikka’s are a new patented integrated Pressure valve and uses a system that regulates water pressure precisely to ensure that the coffee is rich in flavour, but not overpowering or weak. As a result, this brews a thick crema with fewer visible bubbles. An open hole designed into the lid allows air to swirl above the brewing coffee to form velvety cream. This cream is the result of coffee oils trapping air and is the mark of quality espresso.
The 2 Cup Brikka has a boiler capacity of 100 ml and brews up to 70 ml of espresso. The 4 Cup Brikka has a 200 ml boiler and can brew closer to 160 ml of espresso. Pick the size that’s right for you. With either size, the whole process takes less than five minutes.
The aluminium alloy espresso maker is durable and beautiful. The acrylic handle and lid knob are easy to handle, even when the device is very hot. We suggest cleaning with warm water and soap, but advise against the dishwasher or using steel wool.

International Shipping Terms and Conditions – Customs & Duty Charges

Alternative Brewing cannot be held responsible for any additional charges on your order, nor can we accept a return of the order in this case. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for further information. If you refuse to pay these charges your parcel may be abandoned, and Alternative Brewing will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence. We cannot mark International orders as a gift in order to bypass or reduce any customs fees.

If you do not provide Alternative Brewing Authority to Leave for your delivery, you will have to be at your premises in order for the delivery to occur.

What does Freight Protection offer?
1 - Priority Customer Service – as soon as you contact our team to submit your Freight Protection claim, you will be placed into a priority queue to ensure your claim is processed as quickly as possible.
2 - Advanced Shipping – to minimise downtime without your product, once we have assessed your claim we will ship a replacement to you before we have received the damaged goods back.
Making a Freight Protection Claim
- To assess your claim, you will be required to provide photo and/or video evidence of the damaged product.
- All Freight Protections claims must be made within 3 business days of receiving your product.
- Freight Protection does not apply to damaged packaging and only applies to the product itself.

A more intense Mokka experience
If you are looking for a more intense shot and lovely thick Crema, this is the brewer for you. Delivery and service second to none from the guys at Alternative Brewing, and you can't go wrong with Italian design when it comes to coffee making.

easy to use brewer
I have the 2-cup version which is perfect for one. there is a small learning curve and after you have it figured out, you'll be enjoying some delicious coffee. clean-up is an absolute breeze. ensure you dry it well after washing to avoid oxidization of the aluminium.
Easy and delicious coffee
The Brikka is super easy to use, and grind size and burner temp took about 3 or 4 tries to get right. I followed the video on AB website for set up and brewing. Takes just a few minutes to have two generous espresso shots. Also very easy to clean.
