What does Freight Protection offer?
1 - Priority Customer Service – as soon as you contact our team to submit your Freight Protection claim, you will be placed into a priority queue to ensure your claim is processed as quickly as possible.
2 - Advanced Shipping – to minimise downtime without your product, once we have assessed your claim we will ship a replacement to you before we have received the damaged goods back.
Making a Freight Protection Claim
- To assess your claim, you will be required to provide photo and/or video evidence of the damaged product.
- All Freight Protections claims must be made within 3 business days of receiving your product.
- Freight Protection does not apply to damaged packaging and only applies to the product itself.

Musa for the win
I bought the 6 cup Musa Moka Pot for my wife. She has never really enjoyed the coffee from our espresso machine and I wanted her to be able to drink nice coffee at home. This has been an absolute winner.

Perfect size for one person (2cup)!
Absolutely loving it! Bought it as a present, and the person who received it loves it :) 2 cup size is a perfect size for one person. You can't use the 2 cup size on induction. Opening the lid is so easy with this model, and much easier to clean when compared to aluminium type.

Hi. I have an induction hob and was looking at getting a 2-cup unit. However, my research into the Bialetti s/s models, the Musa and the Venus, has left me confused. Some sites say that the 2-cup versions are not suitable for use on induction (due to their size) but others say they are (on your video you make no mention of it).
